Mark Reckless is the Conservative Parliamentary candidate (PPC) for Rochester and Strood. Mark Reckless will be contesting the Rochester and Strood Constituency at the next general election, standing against Teresa Murray ( Medway Labour, Strood Labour, Rochester Labour) and Geoff Juby ( Medway Lib Dems, Liberal Democrats). The Rochester and Strood Constituency consists of Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Cuxton, Halling, Frindsbury, Wainscott, Upnor, Hoo, Cliffe, Cooling, Allhallows, Stoke, Lower Stoke, High Halstow, Borstal, St Mary Hoo, Lower Stoke, the Isle of Grain, the Hoo Peninsula. Mark Reckless has successfully campigned for Rochester and Strood commuters on rail fares and services on Southeastern trains. As a member of the Kent Police Authority Mark Reckless has campaigned for better, more effective and accountable policing in Medway. Mark also campaigned successfully for St. Peter's school in Rochester and St. John's school in Chatham. Mark Reckless is the Councillor for Rochester West on Medway Council and is InTouch with his constituents, working hard to keep council tax down, and supports local businesses. Mark Reckless also supports the Wisdom Hospice. The wards in the Rochester and Strood Constituency are Rochester East, Rochester West, River, Strood North, Strood Rural, Peninsula, Cuxtoay Hospital), and support for small businesses and shop in Rochester and Strood.
