Mark Reckless will be contesting the Rochester and Strood Constituency at the next general election, standing against Teresa Murray ( Medway Labour, Strood Labour, Rochester Labour) and Geoff Juby ( Medway Lib Dems, Liberal Democrats). The Rochester and Strood Constituency consists of Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Cuxton, Halling, Frindsbury, Wainscott, Upnor, Hoo, Cliffe, Cooling, Allhallows, Stoke, Lower Stoke, High Halstow, Borstal, St Mary Hoo, Lower Stoke, the Isle of Grain, the Hoo Peninsula. Mark Reckless has successfully campigned for Rochester and Strood commuters on rail fares and services on Southeastern trains. As a member of the Kent Police Authority Mark Reckless has campaigned for better, more effective and accountable policing in Medway.
